Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shared Sales Specialist located in Phoenix, AZ. The Shared Sales Specialist will focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and executing sales strategies, providing frontline customer service, and conducting product training. This role also involves the management of sales activities to drive customer engagement and achieve sales goals while supporting the company's broader objectives.


Qualifications

  •  3-5 years of Beverage Sales Experience, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field + 1-3 Years Experience 
  • Experience in B2B sales and lead generation
  • Experienced with On & Off-Premise Beverage sales.  
  • Ability to create and deliver effective sales proposals
  •  Expert knowledge of the greater Phoenix, AZ market 
  • Experience with CRM software, Encompass Preferred. 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentÂ
