About the Role...
Salary.com is competitively positioned as a leading enterprise resource for compensation data, software, consulting and education. As a Salary.com Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be on the front lines of our sales team! You will support the sales team by identifying new business opportunities in order to expand our product reach.

A Day in the Life...
  • Prospecting potential clients by conducting phone, email and social media outreach campaigns
  • Identifying new company and individual opportunities using sales intelligence tools
  • Design and execute territory specific plans with Account Executive sales partners
  • Continually develop your skills by participating in weekly team meetings and ongoing training

About You....
  • Bachelor's Degree (Sales, Marketing, Business, HR, etc.)
  • 0-2 years of sales or business development experience
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task-oriented environment
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capacity to work independently, as well as collaborate with a team
