About the Role:

The Beverage Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving the growth and market presence of our beverage products across Smith County and surrounding areas. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our current distributors, and retailers in order to maximize sales opportunities and strong client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ordering product for our existing accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Success in this role directly impacts revenue generation and brand visibility in a competitive marketplace. The Beverage Sales Representative will also provide valuable market feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Marketing, or related field would be a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the beverage, food, or consumer packaged goods industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record in order to receive company furnished transportation to travel within assigned sales territories.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, general computer, software and laptop equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling in the grocery and convenance store environment.
  • Knowledge of the beverage distribution network and retail landscape in East Texas.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Responsibilities:
