We have an opportunity for you to join the team as a Beverage Sales Account Representative! The Beverage Sales Account Representative is responsible for sales execution, ordering and merchandising GPC beverages to an assigned account listing within the Albert Lea territory. Work with the top beverage brands like Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Rockstar, Starbucks, Celsius, Bubbl'r, and more. Work Schedule
โข Status: Full-time
โข Rotation: Alternating weeks - Monday through Friday one week, and Monday through Saturday the following week (with Tuesday off during that week).
โข Hours: Start time between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., with an 8-hour workday.
"A day in the life of a Beverage Sales Account Representative looks like:"
โข Gain distribution for all new GPC beverages by effectively communicating with store managers
โข Sell promotions at the store level, ensuring that our products are prominently displayed and well stocked.
โข Order product maintaining optimal inventory levels at assigned customer accounts
โข Merchandise GPC beverages at assigned customer accounts by placing beverages on shelves, end caps, displays, coolers and vending machines.
โข Conduct weekly retail pricing surveys to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
โข Build and maintain strong customer relationships by acting as the "face" of GPC and providing exceptional service
โข Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and increase market share.
What does it take to be a Beverage Sales Account Representative?
โข High School Diploma or GED required
โข An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is a plus, but not required- relevant sales experience or a combination of education and experience will also be considered.
โข Previous customer service or stocking experience preferred
โข Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
โข Ability to lift 20 lbs. repetitively
