This position is responsible for monitoring all tasks and deliverables, fielding customer inquiries, and managing all project plans. The Employee Benefits Relationship Manager is the primary contact for our customers in managing day-to-day resolution and highly focused on customer timelines.**How You Will Contribute:** * Establish strong relationships with customers and insurance carriers.* Provide proactive support to assigned customers.
