About the Role
Join a growing insurance agency in Paramus, NJ, where you'llplay a key role in servicing and retaining clients while contributing to salesgrowth. We are seeking a Licensed Customer Service Representative (P&C) withpersonal lines experience who thrives in a client-focused environment and ismotivated to deliver exceptional service and results.

What You'll Do

  • Service and maintain existing homeowners and auto insurance policies
  • Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing inquiries, and coverage questions
  • Provide outstanding customer service to support client retention
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and sell new home and auto policies
  • Work directly with carriers to ensure efficient policy servicing and issue resolution
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication
  • Support retention efforts and contribute to overall agency growth
What You Bring
Required:
  • Active New Jersey Property & Casualty License
  • Minimum 1 year of personal lines insurance experience
  • Experience servicing home and auto policies
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary of $55,000
  • Retention commission: $2,000 - $10,000+
  • New business commission: $4,000 - $10,000+
