Job description

Description of Position
Individuals in this position will be responsible for both Front Desk and Shuttle duties. Certain individual's duties may be skewed toward one or the other for any specific shift. This position will assist with check-in and check out procedures on site or for special off site check in arrangements. Bellmen personnel will. Drivers will also shuttle our guest to different destinations throughout Park City. (Uniform dress is required for shuttle duties).
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide excellent customer service to guests using Resorts West shuttle services.
2. Transport guest to and from their destinations safely.
3. Assist in performing check in and check out of Resorts West guests.
4. Maintain a clean un-cluttered front desk and vehicle.
5. Communicate with front desk on any guest requests.
6. Answer phones as needed.
7. Responsible for detailed knowledge of property inventory, location, amenities etc.
8. Pick-up and delivery of guest, luggage & packages etc.
9. Keep the shuttle vehicles in good working order by monitoring usage, cleaning and suggesting maintenance to be performed.
10. Maintain a shuttle log and Examine the condition of the shuttle inside and out after every shift according to checklist.
11. Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Requirements
He or she will posses the personal skills necessary to represent Resorts West in a professional manner whenever interfacing with guests, owners and industry peers. He or she will posses a comprehensive knowledge of front desk & shuttle functions and must possess a clean driving record. Lifting of heavy packages & luggage (upwards of 100 lbs) and certain physical exertion may be required in the daily duties. He or she must have a clean driving record.
