Job description

Essential Job Functions

  • Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival and departure
  • Assist guests with luggage, packages, and personal belongings
  • Escort guests to guest rooms and explain hotel amenities and services
  • Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation
  • Assist with valet, taxi, and transportation requests as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, bell stand, and luggage storage areas
  • Deliver guest requests and amenities to rooms in a timely manner
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and concerns
  • Coordinate with Front Desk and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
  • Follow all hotel safety, security, and guest privacy procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of the local area preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Standing and walking for extended periods
  • Frequent lifting and carrying of luggage
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
