About the Role:

The Warwick Hotel- Denver is looking for an amazing Valet/Bellman, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive first impression for guests arriving at our establishment. Your primary responsibility is valet, great guests with their luggage, ensuring a smooth and efficient arrival and departure experience. You will also provide information about the hotel’s amenities and local attractions, enhancing the overall guest experience. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills to interact courteously and professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute significantly to guest satisfaction and the reputation of our hospitality services.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage safely and efficiently.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of English to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
  • Multilingual abilities to assist a diverse guest population.
  • Familiarity with local area and attractions to provide accurate guest information.
  • Valid driver’s license for valet duties.
