Our Nursing Administration team is the operational backbone of our inpatient behavioral health facility. As a team, we value high professionalism and mutual respect while creating a positive, collaborative, and uplifting work culture. You will work side-by-side with the Director of Nursing in a key administrative support capacity.

How you'll contribute:

Responsible, in conjunction with the Senior BD Director, for implementing the hospital's business development plan/strategy.  Identifies, establishes and maintains relationships with hospital referral sources. Plans and/or attends community events to increase community awareness and to present a positive for the hospital. Serves as a liaison between the hospital, referral sources and the community, consistently providing an high level of customer service.

  • Provides effective account management of assigned accounts.
  • Actively seeks to identify new potential referral sources.
  • Assists in ensuring all admissions are well-coordinated with the hospital's intake and referral office, business office, MD and case management.
  • Attends and contributes to BD team meetings and appropriate sub-committee meetings
  • Develops monthly/quarterly business development plans for assigned accounts as required
  • Routinely participates in relevant community organized meetings and programs.
  • Participates in the development and execution of marketing special events as assigned by the Director of BD.
  • Assists the Director of BD in maintaining the marketing budget and recommends cost saving measures
  • Keeps referral sources informed of program changes within the hospital.
  • Consistently markets the hospital to build community awareness and ensure a positive image of the hospital

What we are looking for:

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field preferred, combination of education and professional experience may be acceptable

Experience:  Previous experience in business development at psychiatric healthcare facility preferred

License: Valid driver's license and a favorable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), along with proof of insurance when using own auto.

Additional Requirements:  Must show proof of automobile insurance.
