About RiverVista Behavioral Hospital

RiverVista is located in Columbus, Ohio and serves Franklin and surrounding counties. The focus is on behavioral health for inpatient and outpatient treatments. We serve the adults and older adult patients to guide them through their mental health struggles. We have been in this location since 2018 and have quickly gained a reputation for being a highly-sought behavioral health treatment center.

Overview

RiverVista is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Liaison to help expand our presence and strengthen partnerships in the Columbus, OH region. This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels at building connections, identifying growth opportunities, and representing the company in the local business community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, clients, and community organizations
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to support company growth
  • Conduct outreach through in-person visits, phone calls, networking events, and presentations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business development relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and partners
  • Track outreach activity, leads, and partnership performance using CRM tools
  • Represent RiverVista at community events, meetings, and industry functions
  • Provide market insights and feedback to leadership to support strategic planning
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or community outreach
  • Must be 21 or older
  • Comfortable with networking and public-facing engagement
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in healthcare, social services, staffing, or community-based organizations
  • Established local network in the greater Columbus area
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
