Based on the results of an assessment, we determine the most appropriate level of care and recommend treatment facilities. The tele-psychiatric assessment and consultation services we offer are designed to connect people with the care provides best equipped to address their mental health issues. Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Atlanta GA is seeking a dynamic and talented Director of Business Development. The Director of Business Development role is responsible for leading the business development efforts to expand contractual opportunities to client referring entities by presentation of BHC service lines and deliverables as well as maintaining excellent contracted client relationships. In addition, in conjunction with the Clinical Director, is responsible for providing oversight/management of the daily operations and staff of Behavioral Health Connections, Inc.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for leading business development efforts and expand contractual opportunities by seeking out new contract opportunities.
  • Actively participates in the planning of regional market strategic planning, potential growth opprotunities, future projects and implmentations.
  • Prepares and executes reporting presentations to the markets and report on KPI metrics, business development success and market opprotunitues
  • Assit facilities with day to day operations, workflows, solving problems and people managment

Qualifications
EDUCATION
Bachelors degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Preferred Current appropriate state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor ("LPC"), Licensed Master Social Worker ("LMSW"), Licensed Clinical Social Worker ("LCSW").
Current CPR, Vaccines, if required by a customer hospital. ("Customer hospital" means the hospital to which BHC is contracted to provide mobile assessment services.)
Current Drivers License.
EXPERIENCE
Required 3-5 year similiar work experience
Preferr 5-8 years similar work experience
Completion of appropriate internship, including the provision of individual, group or family therapy/counseling.
