Compensation: $80,000 $110,000 base salary + performance bonuses (OTE $120,000 $180,000+)

Position Summary

The Business Development Representative is responsible for building and maintaining referral relationships, increasing brand awareness, and driving admissions across an assigned territory.

This is a relationship-driven role combining field outreach and virtual engagement across California markets.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain referral relationships with:
    • Hospitals, behavioral health providers, and physicians
    • Therapists, psychiatrists, and group practices
    • Detox, residential, PHP, and IOP programs
  • Conduct outreach through in-person meetings, calls, email, and events
  • Represent Prosperous Health at networking events and conferences
  • Educate partners on programs, services, and admissions process
  • Collaborate with admissions and clinical teams to convert referrals
  • Track all activity and relationships in CRM



Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in behavioral health business development, outreach, or admissions preferred
  • Strong understanding of mental health and/or substance use treatment
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory
