Great Hill is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to support our federal customer. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Eight (8)+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial systems management
  • Five (5)+ years utilizing data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik) to develop interactive dashboards and executive-level reports
  • Demonstrated experience developing and deploying automated tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, UiPath, or bots) to streamline manual financial reconciliation processes
  • Experience identifying financial trends, anomalies, and areas for process efficiency within large federal datasets
  • Proficiency in utilizing DoW data platforms to synthesize data for audit and leadership decision-making
  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical senior leadership

Desired Skills:

  • Master's Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or Information Technology
  • Experience integrating financial audit data with operational metrics to create unified quality dashboards for organizational risk
  • Certifications in data analytics or process automation (e.g., CAP, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, or UiPath Certified Professional)
  • Experience with GFEBS and other DoW financial systems listed in the PWS (e.g., DDRS)
