Work Arrangement: Remote
Posting Start Date: 6/3/26

About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our HR Data Analytics team and contribute to our success by building reports and dashboards and developing tools to produce actionable data-driven insights within our business. In this role, you will create reports and dashboards to generate useful analytics insights from multiple complex sources including SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, UKG and other platforms, model data sets using deep domain knowledge and methodological expertise, act as core project team members for analytics and data projects, and provide production support and continuous improvement to our analytics capabilities.
This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States.
Responsibilities
Support our ongoing implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and stand-up new data reporting and analytics ecosystem by:
  • Migrate or rebuild existing reporting data sets from legacy HRIS to new architecture (PeopleSoft to SuccessFactors).
  • Migrate, rebuild, or build and support new analytics data models, and analytics applications, using cloud infrastructure technology (Azure) and a suite of code-first (Python, SQL, PySpark) development tools such as Azure Databricks and Power BI.
  • Collaborate within the HR Data Analytics team and work with stakeholders to understand reports and dashboard needs; implement new data tools such as reports, dashboards, augmented data sets and/or other solutions to meet those needs with Power BI while adhering to data security, compliance, and confidentiality standards.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree OR a minimum of 5 years of analytics experience in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics, including data analysis, data science, or data engineering with a focus on creating dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Experience in building and maintaining Power BI workspaces, deployment pipelines and semantic model/report versioning and structured version control
  • Demonstrated experience designing scalable dimensional/tabular models (star schema, snowflake schema, measures, RLS)
  • Experience working with HR data from HRIS platforms (e.g., PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors) and translating data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools, including Python, SQL, and other code-based tools, as well as DAX
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to the C-suite
  • Demonstrated expertise applying analytical techniques such as statistical analysis, exploratory data analysis, and data visualization to solve business problems and improve data quality
  • Experience supporting users in large-scale, production environments
  • Strong project execution capabilities, including defining scope, setting expectations, coordinating workstreams, and delivering solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse partners across complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to travel up to 5%

Desired Qualifications
  • Master's level education in a field related to analytics, data science, or other science, with experience in statistical and/or machine learning methods
  • Strong understanding of Azure Databricks
  • Experience working within an HR/People Analytics field
