Core Skills & Competencies
  1. Requirements Gathering:
  2. Ability to work with business stakeholders to understand objectives, capture functional and non-functional requirements, and translate them into detailed data specifications.
  3. Data Analysis Expertise:
  4. Strong analytical mindset with experience exploring datasets, identifying trends, validating data accuracy, detecting anomalies.
  5. Data Mapping & Documentation:
  6. Experience creating source to target data mappings, identifying transformation logic, documenting business rules, and ensuring accurate flow of data across systems.
  7. Data Model Interpretation:
  8. Ability to read, interpret, and navigate conceptual, logical, and physical data models (ERDs, relational schemas, star/snowflake models). Understands table relationships, primary/foreign keys, cardinality, and normalization concepts.

Technical Skills
  1. Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data across relational databases.
