Job description

We're looking for compassionate, energetic individuals who are passionate about helping kids learn, grow, and thrive through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Accurately collect and record patient behavior data while maintaining compliant medical records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families about behavioral strategies and techniques.
- Assist in behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
- Provide patient care that is respectful, compassionate, and tailored to individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with team members to develop effective treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in behavioral therapy.
Requirements
- Completed Autism Partnership Foundation Course
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health.
- Experience in data collection and analysis within a therapeutic setting is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills are essential for educating patients and collaborating with families and team members.
