Role Description We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Lead Teacher to inspire young learners, ages 3 1/2 - 4, and foster a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment. As a key leader in early childhood education, you will design and implement developmentally appropriate curricula, manage classroom activities, and support the social-emotional growth of children. Your role is vital in creating a positive foundation for lifelong learning while ensuring each child's safety, well-being, and individual needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities
