Key Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to Behavior Technicians/RBTs.
Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA services and clinical excellence.
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
Provide guidance and support during crisis situations when necessary.
Maintain compliance with all applicable clinical and ethical standards.
Qualifications
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
Experience supervising ABA staff and supporting caregiver training.
