Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) โ Raleigh, North Carolina

We are currently seeking a motivated and collaborative Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to support our clinical team and provide high-quality ABA services to clients and families.
As a BCaBA, you will work under the supervision of a BCBA to assist with treatment implementation, behavior reduction strategies, skill acquisition programming, and ongoing client support. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about improving the lives of children and enjoys working closely with families and clinical staff.
Position Overview
The BCaBA will assist in delivering Applied Behavior Analysis services by supporting treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, collecting and analyzing data, and helping ensure quality care across assigned cases. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact while growing professionally within a supportive clinical environment.
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of a highly qualified BCBA, the BCaBA will:
Design and oversee individualized ABA programs based on assessments
Conduct skills and behavior assessments, including FBAs and preference assessments
Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support effective treatment implementation
Provide parent training and occasional direct therapy services as needed
Analyze clinical data to evaluate progress and recommend treatment adjustments
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to support client success
Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards
Stay informed on current research and evidence-based practices within behavior analysis
Qualifications & Skills
Experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with clinical teams and families
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and data collection methods
Ability to adapt interventions based on client needs and BCBA direction
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience preferred
Active BCaBA certification required
North Carolina LBA or eligibility preferred
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed
