Diehl Automotive is Hiring: BDC Sales Representative! 

Do you enjoy talking to people, setting appointments, and being part of a high-energy team? Diehl of Massillon is looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to fill our Business Development Center (BDC) role. Whether you're experienced or just getting started in customer service, this is a great opportunity to enter or grow in the automotive industry with a great brand! 

What You'll Do:

  • Assist sales representatives in answering inbound sales calls, emails, and internet leads promptly and professionally. 
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and schedule sales appointments. 
  • Maintain accurate notes in the CRM system (Tekion). 
  • Work closely with Sales Associates to make sure sales leads and tasks are being completed accurately and in a timely manner. 
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to discuss lead performance and meet dealership goals.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.

  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-player mindset. 
  • Prior customer service or phone sales experience preferred (automotive is a plus). 
  • Comfortable using phones, email, and computer systems. 
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
