We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused BDC (Business Development Center) Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, generating and qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual. If you are coachable, goal-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

โ€ขHandle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from prospective customers

Respond promptly to internet leads and follow up consistently to nurture prospects

Qualify leads and gather customer information to match needs with appropriate products or services

Schedule appointments for the sales team and confirm upcoming visits

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system

Follow up with previous customers to encourage repeat business and referrals

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals (calls, appointments, conversions)

Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive first impression of the company

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads

Requirements
