Job description

North Reading Subaru is looking for an experienced, motivated Service BDC Representative to join our growing team. If you're comfortable on the phone, organized, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a fast paced dealership environment, we want to talk to you! 

What You'll Do

-Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule service appointments

-Follow up with customers who are due for maintenance

-Handle inbound service calls and appointment requests

-Confirm upcoming appointments and reduce no-shows

-Work closely with the Service Advisors and Service department

-Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules

-Provide a professional, friendly customer experience on every call

What We're Looking For

-Previous automotive Service BDC or dealership experience preferred

-Strong phone and communication skills

-Professional and personable attitude

-Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills

-Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls

-Ability to work independently while being part of a team
