Charlesglen Toyota – Alberta's Celebration Destination, family-owned and operated, and one of the largest dealerships in Calgary is looking for a hardworking, eager-to-learn, grow, and reliable individual for a full-time Sales Business Development Representative position.

Our dealership is open from Monday to Saturday, and the schedule for the position:

Mon-Fri | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

WHAT YOU GET TO DO!

  • Reporting to Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, managing customer inquiries, and scheduling appointments to drive sales opportunities. They work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to meeting dealership sales targets.
  • Communicate with potential customers with the goal of setting a Sales Appointment
  • Responding to and follow up on internet leads
  • Handling in-coming and out-going sales related phone calls
  • Live chat dialogue with on-line customers
  • Achieving and setting daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Working as an individual and as a valuable member of the BDC, (Business Development Centre) Sales Team
  • Other duties as assigned by sales managers.
