We’re looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position will be based out of our South Trail Kia dealership

Position Summary:

The BDC Coordinator is responsible for answering in-bound leads from customers via email, phone, and chat. They will initiate calls to schedule and confirm appointments in English. In addition, their duties include regular communication and follow-ups to existing customers, as well as the management of specific communication campaigns.

Duties:

  • Answer emails, texts and telephone calls from customers
  • Book service detailed service appointments, checking for recalls, previously deferred services and any time/mileage recommended services
  • Communicate with customers by phone or email to provide information and promote business opportunities and/or to book and confirm appointments
  • Provide information on and actively promote services and/or promotions
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is always maintained
  • Perform any other assigned tasks/duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous Service BDC experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in verbal and written English language
  • Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing, positive, and able to “smile” on the phone: fully grasp and apply the best practice guidelines for outgoing/incoming calls, emails, and campaigning
  • Able to manage 50-100 interactions per day
  • Able to write simple and professional correspondence, including email, chat, and SMS
  • Knowledge of the vehicles, equipment, and services offered
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Email, Excel, and Word
  • Able to maintain filing systems and basic database
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Previous PBS experience is an asset
