The Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Representative is responsible for generating and qualifying sales opportunities through inbound and outbound communications. This role serves as the first point of contact for potential customers, building rapport, identifying needs, and setting qualified appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, customer-focused, and driven by results.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Respond to leads generated from digital marketing, phone calls, walk-ins, and third-party sources
  • Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs, budget, timeline, and interest level
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads and re-engage inactive customers
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals (calls, appointments, show rates, conversions)
