Job Summary
We are looking for a BDC Service Consultant to join our growing team! The right candidate will have strong communication skills, punctual nature and the ability to handle a dynamic work environment. The day-to-day responsibilities will include answering the dealership phone, greeting customers, and assisting in scheduling service appointments.
Benefits
  • Monday- Friday daylight schedule

Responsibilities
  • Answer dealership service phones, schedule service appointments
  • Schedule Pickup/Delivery appointments and work with team of drivers
  • Work cooperatively with service and other internal teams
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Work with service team with day to day operations
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments
  • Reconcile daily service deposits
  • Assist clients into loaner vehicles and utilize loaner car program
  • Contact clients after service for follow up and survey
  • Contact clients for declined services and schedule back in at later date
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle dynamic work environment
  • Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
