We are currently seeking a motivated Automotive Service BDC Consultant to join our dynamic team in Madison, NJ. This full-time position offers competitive pay starting from $18 per hour and includes comprehensive training and career growth opportunities. Job Details Salary: From $18 per hour Job Type: Full Time Location: Madison, NJ 07940 Key Responsibilities Handle heavy inbound and outbound calls to schedule sales and service appointments using provided scripts. Log customer comments accurately and maintain up-to-date customer information in the database. Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on customer appointments, including no-shows. Communicate with the Service Department to track appointment outcomes. Generate and send letters, postcards, and emails according to scheduled marketing timelines. Respond to customer inquiries from the website and internet leads through phone and email. Notify relevant departments when appointments are scheduled and assist with additional assigned duties. Meet or exceed monthly performance goals. Work Hours This is a full-time position with a schedule to be discussed during the hiring process.
