We are looking for two energetic, motivated individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and build valuable experience in automotive sales, customer engagement, and digital marketing.

As a Part-Time Sales & Internet Coordinator, you will work closely with our Business Development Center (BDC) and Sales teams to create meaningful customer interactions through photos, videos, social media engagement, and post-sale customer care.

Position Summary

The Sales & Internet Coordinator will assist with showcasing dealership inventory through photos and videos, supporting customer communications, and helping maintain strong customer relationships after the sale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in sales, marketing, social media, customer service, or the automotive industry.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create photos and videos of vehicles for customer inquiries and online engagement.
  • Assist the BDC and Sales teams with customer follow-up and communication.
  • Support after-sale customer care initiatives.
  • Utilize social media platforms to engage customers and promote dealership inventory.
  • Help maintain accurate and timely vehicle content for customer requests.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and team members.
  • Assist with special events, promotions, and dealership marketing efforts as needed.

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable using smartphones, social media, and basic technology.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for photography and video content.
