Princeton BMW/Mini, a subsidiary of Asbury Automotive Group, which is the 5th largest automotive retailer in the country with over 80 stores and over 29 brands, is currently looking for Internet Sales Consultants!

With our rich history of success and growth, we are looking to expand our workforce and are currently looking for driven, excited, dedicated individuals that are excited at the opportunity to join a winning team, and continue to drive home the culture of success that has been built.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

  • Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs using the Princeton BMW/Mini Selling Process
  • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
  • Answer internet leads with in the stores required time and email product information with pricing
  • Reach store goals and produce a 12-15% closing ratio on internet leads
  • Answer sales phone calls and set appointments for clients
  • Confirm appointments
  • Test drives, vehicle walk-arounds, close deals and cradle to grave style

Job Qualifications

  • Motivation to be Successful
  • Great Customer Service Skills
  • Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
  • Strong Computer & Phone Skills (E-Leads, Reports, Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
  • Prior Sales, Call Center, or BDC Experience a Must
  • Maintain Professional Business Attire and Appearance
  • Bi-lingual is always a plus!
