Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest inquiries with a focus on complete satisfaction and ensure a high-quality experience for every customer.
  • Connect with potential customers via phone and email to schedule and confirm appointments and follow up on no-shows.
  • Maintain a follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business, enhancing customer relationships.
  • Seamlessly turn online leads into sales and provide timely quotes with the Internet Sales Manager and Management Team.
  • Keep up with automotive trends, product features, and industry knowledge.
  • Understand vehicle features, compare models, and stay updated on inventory.
  • with past and potential customers, suggest trade-ins, and respond to inquiries with a personal touch.
  • Qualify buyers, demonstrate vehicles, handle objections, negotiate prices, complete contracts, and finalize sales.
  • Forecast and achieve monthly sales targets while staying informed about dealership inventory.
  • Actively develop leads through phone, mail, and in-person interactions.
  • Deliver vehicles, clearly explain features, warranties, and paperwork.
  • Commit to exceptional customer service and be ready to take on additional tasks as needed.

What we need:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Charismatic and customer-focused, with flair.
  • Sales experience is a plus, but we also welcome sales rookies with a burning passion to succeed.
  • Strong ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a high-energy setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to captivate and engage customers.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong time management, relationship-building, and follow-up abilities.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen.
