ABOUT THE POSITION

Pohanka Automotive Group is looking for an experienced Internet Sales Manager to join our growing team, working closely with our Sales Director to drive internet appointments to the store. This person will be critical to our success within our Internet sales organization, and will lead the team to capitalize on every lead that comes through. We’re looking for someone who has experience growing sales within the automotive industry, a passion for coaching and leading a team to hit their targets, with a desire to get to the next level.

Responsibilities

  •  Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
  •  Manage business development representatives for internet lead generation process
  •  Handle all incoming internet opportunities
  •  Be available to respond to all inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
  •  Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection 
  •  Create, maintain and measure the internet business development processes

Qualifications

  •  Prior sales + Leadership experience
  •  Drive to meet, and exceed, sales quotas and goals
  •  Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and dealership personnel
  •  Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  •  Professional appearance and demeanor
  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills
  •  Commitment to ensuring high customer satisfaction
  •  Fluency in English and Spanish highly preferred
