Job Summary:
Regal Automotive Group is looking for a driven, customer-focused Sales BDC Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Sales BDC Agent, you will serve as the vital link between potential customers and our multi-brand dealership's sales team. Your primary responsibility is to handle inbound and outbound communications-setting appointments, following up with leads, and helping ensure a seamless sales experience across all of our new and pre-owned vehicle brands.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound internet leads, phone calls, and text messages.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with unsold leads, previous customers, and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Schedule and confirm high-quality appointments for our showroom across multiple vehicle brands.
  • Accurately log all customer communications and lead activity in the CRM
  • Coordinate with sales staff to ensure customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Support dealership marketing efforts by promoting current incentives and offers.
  • Follow up with missed appointments or cold leads to maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Stay informed on vehicle inventory, current promotions, and manufacturer updates.
  • Deliver excellent customer service that reflects the values of Regal Automotive Group.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service, call center, or BDC role (automotive industry a plus).
  • Excellent phone and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and dealership management systems.
  • Energetic, personable, and motivated by achieving daily/weekly performance goals.
  • Bilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are a plus.
