You will be responsible for responding to inquiries, setting appointments, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your effective communication and customer service skills will help drive sales and contribute to the success of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities: Inquiry Handling: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing information and assistance as needed. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for customers interested in visiting the dealership for vehicle purchase or test drives.
