Position Summary

Global C2 Integration Technologies is looking for a talented and enthusiastic C2 Operations Manager who serves as the senior operational authority for Air Defense and joint Command and Control (C2) system development, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment. This role provides leadership and oversight of C2 Operations SMEs supporting weapons employment, surveillance, Tactical Data Link (TDL) interoperability, modeling and simulation, and distributed training environments. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational integration across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), coordinating engineering, cybersecurity, training, and operations stakeholders.
  • Supervise C2 Operations SMEs supporting weapons employment, surveillance, interoperability, and modeling efforts.
  • Establish and enforce integration standards, configuration control, and validation processes.
  • Ensure operational requirements are accurately translated into system design, build, and integration activities.
  • Oversee planning and execution of system integration, verification, and fielding milestones, including schedules, resources, and tasking.
  • Identify and manage risks, capability gaps, performance issues and track corrective actions
  • Ensure alignment with cybersecurity requirements (RMF) during system integration
  • Provide status reporting to program leadership and government stakeholders.
  • Oversee integration of air defense C2 systems across distributed & networked environments.
  • Ensure interoperability & tactical data link integration using Link 16 operational concepts.
  • Oversee track management, system validation, and integration within distributed simulation
  • Ensure system configurations support operationally credible weapons employment and surveillance workflows.
  • Oversee integration of C2 capabilities within Modeling & Simulation and Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) environments.
  • Serve as senior operational representative for customer engagements and program reviews.
  • Support proposal development and capability demonstrations with operational insight.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of C2, air defense, surveillance, or tactical battle management experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience overseeing C2/integration teams.
  • Experience supporting C2 system development, integration, testing, or fielding activities.
  • Understand weapons employment, surveillance workflows, track management, and joint interoperability.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity (RMF) processes affecting system integration and deployment.
  • Familiarity with Tactical Data Link architectures and operational employment concepts.
  • Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain).

Desired Qualifications:

  • Former Air Battle Manager (13B), C2 Battle Management (1C5), or service equivalent
  • Instructor or Evaluator experience (IP, SEFE, Stan/Eval).
  • Experience integrating distributed C2 training environments.
  • Experience with ADSI, ASCOT, or BC3 systems.
  • Operational-level planning experience.
