Batch Mixer - Pay Rate - $20/hr.
This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time.
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Batch Mixer for our client to start at $20/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

2nd shift (Union Position)
2;00 pm to 10:30 pm
Sunday - Friday
They are working mandatory Friday nights into Saturday morning for OT
90 Day Contract - to - Hire
After 90 days and once a union employee
You'll receive $26.80/hour.
After 6 months you'll receive $30.15/hour.
After 1 year you'll top out at $33.50/hour
Position Summary
The Ink Batch Mixer is responsible for accurately measuring, blending, and preparing ink batches according to customer specifications and production requirements. This role ensures all raw materials are mixed safely, consistently, and efficiently while maintaining quality standards and supporting continuous production operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret batch tickets, formulas, and production schedules.
  • Weigh, measure, and mix raw materials, pigments, solvents, and additives according to specifications.
  • Operate mixing equipment, pumps, scales, and related manufacturing machinery.
  • Monitor batch consistency, viscosity, color, and quality throughout the mixing process.
  • Perform quality checks and make adjustments as needed to meet customer requirements.
  • Label, package, and stage completed batches for production or shipment.
  • Record production data, material usage, and inventory transactions accurately.
  • Clean mixing tanks, containers, and work areas between batches.
  • Assist with inventory control by monitoring raw material levels and reporting shortages.
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain housekeeping standards.
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing, chemical blending, paint mixing, ink mixing, or batch-making experience preferred.
  • Ability to work with measurements, formulas, and production documentation.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and weight conversions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequently lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, and respirators as needed.
  • T-shirt or Long Sleeves.
  • Pants no shorts
  • No Cell Phones on plant floor
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to chemicals, odors, and varying temperatures.
