About Us:
D-BAT Green Bay is dedicated to developing young athletes and fostering a love for the game of baseball and softball. We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable instructors to join our team. Our goal is to provide high-quality training to players of all skill levels, helping them reach their full potential.
Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic baseball instructors who can teach various aspects of the game, including hitting, fielding, catching, and pitching. Candidates with a strong background in pitching and/or catching instruction will be prioritized during the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individual and small-group instruction in hitting, pitching, fielding. defensive play, and other baseball skills.
  • Develop customized training plans and progressions tailored to each athlete's goals.
  • Conduct camps, clinics, and special programs.
  • Evaluate prospective clients and present baseline assessments.
  • Maintain client relationships, follow up on lesson leads, and assist in retention efforts.
  • Collaborate with facility leadership on scheduling, promotions, and facility operations.
  • Uphold facility standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
  • Represent D-BAT's values in all interactions with players, parents, and staff.

Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of baseball fundamentals and mechanics.
  • Experience playing or coaching (college or higher preferred).
  • Experience teaching private lessons, group clinics, or camps.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
  • Self-motivated, growth-oriented, with a passion for athlete development.
  • Comfortable using technology (video analysis, scheduling platforms, etc.).
