Job description

The Milwaukee Milkmen Baseball game day team is seeking dependable and safety-focused Parking Associates to assist with vehicle flow and guest parking at Franklin Field in Franklin WI. Parking Associates play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and organized parking operations while providing a positive first impression for festival attendees.
Responsibilities
  • Scan parking passes and sell parking passes as appropriate
  • Direct vehicles into designated parking areas efficiently and safely
  • Manage traffic flow in parking lots and surrounding areas
  • Assist guests with parking-related questions and directions to event entrances
  • Communicate with supervisors and security regarding congestion, safety issues, or emergencies
  • Ensure emergency lanes and restricted areas remain clear at all times
  • Follow all safety protocols and use provided safety equipment (vests, cones, signage)
  • Assist with parking area setup and breakdown as needed
Requirements
  • Previous parking, traffic control, or event experience preferred (not required)
  • Ability to communicate clearly using hand signals and verbal directions
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
