Job description

Come join our team as the Assistant Manager of a food service operation that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday through Friday, and serves brunch and dinner on Saturdays and Sundays. The primary mission is the feed sailors located at the barracks along with eligible civilians and other support personnel.Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the various foods judging by color, consistency, temperature, odor and taste.
  • Be able to plan, establish and time sequence the steps needed to have menu items ready for serving.
  • Experience in decision-making authority and managing employees
  • Must be tactful and diplomatic in day-to-day dealing with employees, patrons, and high-ranking officials
Education:
  • Three years of food service management experience
