Job Title: CIP/SIP Cleaning Validation Engineer
Location: Hopewell, NJ

Job Summary:
The CIP/SIP Cleaning Validation Engineer will support validation activities for cleaning systems andย equipment in a pharmaceutical environment. This role focuses on protocol development, systemย optimization, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support SAT, system walkdowns, and design reviews for CIP/SIP and related equipment
  • Author and execute IQ, OQ, and PQ validation protocols
  • Develop and optimize CIP/COP cleaning cycles
  • Perform cleaning and process validation activities
  • Ensure compliance with QA standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support

Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience with CIP/SIP systems, PID tuning, hydraulic balance, and flow calculations
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and support flexible schedules

Preferred:

  • Experience in biopharma (FDA/cGMP environment)
  • Knowledge of cleaning validation principles and automation systems
