Business Analyst (Tolls)

Candidates must already be living local to Dallas, TX

MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in IT or related field
  • 5+ years experience as a BA
    • Including some hands on work with Software QA
  • 3+ years experience working in the toll collection industry
  • Project/Program management experience or experience managing/coordinating across multiple IT systems teams
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong reporting and documentation experience
  • Experience effectively managing tasks, deadlines and individuals through vendor contracts
  • Ability to interact with colleagues in a self-managed team structure

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience working in the toll collection industry
