DescriptionBanquet Bartender - Beaufort Hotel
The Beaufort Hotel is currently seeking an experienced and outgoing Banquet Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This position plays an important role in delivering exceptional service during weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, and special events hosted throughout the hotel.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced event environment, enjoys interacting with guests, and takes pride in providing professional and friendly hospitality.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during banquet and special events
  • Provide friendly, professional, and responsive guest service throughout events
  • Set up and break down banquet bar areas according to event specifications
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar stations and service areas
  • Ensure proper stocking of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and supplies before and during events
  • Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and verify identification when necessary
  • Work closely with banquet servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth event execution
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately when applicable
  • Assist with inventory and restocking of banquet bar supplies
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
Qualifications
  • Previous bartending experience required
  • Banquet or event bartending experience preferred
  • Knowledge of cocktail preparation, beer, wine, and liquor service
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment

Compensation
