You Are:

A senior strategy consulting leader with deep expertise in banking and enterprise-wide transformation. Your background spans growth strategy, operating model redesign, and digital transformation across commercial banking, retail banking, capital markets, and payments. You have a track record of guiding C-suite and executive stakeholders through their most critical decisions and leading large, complex programs to successful outcomes.

As a Senior Manager, you set direction across multiple engagements, develop the next generation of consulting talent, and serve as a visible leader within Accenture's Banking practice. You are a trusted long-term partner to your clients and bring a combination of strategic vision and practical execution experience.

The Work:
  • Lead enterprise-wide banking strategy engagements spanning commercial banking growth, operating model transformation, digital banking, lending, treasury management, payments, and channel strategy

  • Set direction for large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs for banking and capital markets clients, ensuring quality delivery, milestone adherence, and stakeholder alignment across teams

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and executive stakeholders, guiding them through complex strategic decisions and helping them translate strategy into executable roadmaps

  • Build and sustain senior client relationships that position Accenture as a long-term strategic partner across the banking enterprise

  • Identify emerging trends in AI, digital assets, fintech, and banking technology and translate them into actionable client opportunities and inform the evolution of Accenture’s banking strategy offerings

  • Provide thought leadership through published points of view, industry forums, and Accenture’s internal and external knowledge platforms

  • Set the AI agenda on engagements; advise C-suite clients on where AI creates strategic value across banking operations, risk, and client experience, and connect client needs to Accenture’s AI capabilities

  • Mentor and develop Managers and Consultants through active coaching, clear expectations, and structured feedback

  • Collaborate across Accenture to deliver integrated solutions to banking clients

  • Travel up to 80% based on client demand

Here’s What You Need:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience across any combination of management consulting, consumer or commercial banking, or core banking operations

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience advising Banking, Capital Markets, or Payments institutions at the intersection of business and technology, with deep expertise across areas such as operating model transformation, digital disruption, lending, treasury management, payments, and client experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with direct ownership of senior client or C-suite relationships

  • Minimum 6 years of experience leading enterprise-wide strategy or transformation programs, including market growth or business model work

  • Minimum 5 years of experience delivering analytics, AI, or digital technology work for banking or financial services clients

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience managing and developing consulting teams

  • Bachelor’s degree

Bonus Points if:
  • You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree from a top business school

  • You have served in a line role within a commercial or corporate bank, in addition to consulting experience, or have led pursuit efforts and contributed directly to new business development

  • You have experience with AI or generative AI solutions and their application to banking operations, risk, or client experience

  • You have familiarity with digital asset strategy within banking and capital markets

  • You have experience with channel modernization and transformation, including branch, contact center, and digital banking

  • You follow the competitive banking landscape, including regulatory change, fintech disruption, and emerging technology

  • You have presented to board-level or C-suite audiences
