About the role
This role sits at the center of our partnership ecosystem and card products. You will own the analytical and strategic workstreams supporting partnerships and card programs across the Consumer, Digital, and Private Bank. This includes evaluating partner performance, optimizing incentive structures, and identifying opportunities to deepen customer engagement. You will work closely with leaders across the organization to bring new capabilities from concept to launch and ensure our partnerships and card offerings remain competitive and deliver clear customer value.
Key Responsibilities
  • Promote product innovation: Identify opportunities to enhance or introduce new products within the Consumer, Digital, and Private Bank segments.
  • Drive market intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify competitive positioning and trends.
  • Support and scale partnerships: Evaluate and optimize vendor and strategic partner channels aligned to growth objectives.
  • Execute cross-functional initiatives: Partner across multiple business lines to execute against strategic initiatives.
  • Shape product and pricing strategy: Use market, competitor, and customer insights to inform positioning, pricing, and product decisions.
  • Own product performance insights: Analyze and interpret money movement, pricing, and customer engagement to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Build business cases that drive action: Translate complex analysis into concise, decision-ready insights for leadership.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, product strategy, consulting, or similar roles
  • Strong financial modeling and PowerPoint skills with the ability to create clear, leadership-ready materials
  • A bias towards action - you find a way to get the insights you need to inform your decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance research and productivity
