Agile It Project Manager

Lead end to end delivery of large, complex, enterprise initiatives. Develop integrated project plans aligned to business and enterprise strategy. Direct execution across multiple teams, domains, and workstreams. Manage enterprise level risks, dependencies, and change impacts. Provide executive level status reporting and decision support. Ensure governance, compliance, and quality standards are met. Oversee financial forecasting, cost optimization, and benefit realization. Guide transition planning, operational readiness, and post implementation success. Facilitate lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of project management experience, including large or strategic initiatives
  • Proven success leading complex, cross functional, multi domain projects
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of business processes, systems integration, and organizational change
  • Ability to anticipate and manage enterprise level dependencies and risks
  • Experience managing large budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships
  • Confident decision maker who can navigate ambiguity and drive alignment
  • Trusted partner mindset with strong business and technical acumen

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing enterprise transformations or critical initiatives
  • Familiarity with structured PM frameworks and formal governance environments

EDUCATION:

  • 4 yr degree or will consider relevant experience in lieu of education
