We are looking for a Project Management Coordinator to join our Administrative Services team! This individual will assist in the coordination and administration of assigned corporate projects, including, but not limited to tracking, reporting, and ensuring successful completion of Bank projects. Work Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as liaison between the project teams and management.
  • Maintain the Project Management Dashboard and applicable workbook for each Bank project, ensuring all project documentation is organized and that project activities align with established timelines, milestones, and deliverable requirements.
  • Assist Project Manager with project planning and project lifecycle activities, including documenting and monitoring project goals, scope, timelines, resource allocation and utilization, risks, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project activities; Facilitate communication among project sponsors, stakeholders, vendors, and project team members to support the timely completion of project objectives and deliverables.
  • Schedule and facilitate project team meetings, including preparing and distributing meeting agendas, recording and sending meeting minutes, tracking action items, and following up to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare status reports and related documentation for Project Manager, stakeholders, and management.
  • Identify, track, and report project risks, issues, and outcomes, escalating concerns through appropriate management channels when necessary.
  • Attend Project Management Sub-Committee, IT Steering Committee, and other project governance meetings as assigned by management.
  • Perform project-related research, analysis, and other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelorโ€™s degree in project management, business administration, or related field, plus at least 2-3 years experience in project coordination, project support, or related capacity.
  • Professional certification in project management (i.e. CAPM, PMP, MPM, etc.) is a plus.
  • Must be technologically astute with strong proficiency in MS Office/Office 365 application suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have accountability and a sense of urgency; Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities is critical.
  • Must be a proven collaborator with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem solving and strategic thinking skills.

Candidates who do not meet the minimum requirements for the position will not be considered. Salary commensurate with experience.

Wage Range: $68,100 to $80,000
