Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Translate strategic product goals into clear execution plans with defined milestones and accountability.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch performance.
• Lead the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with minimal scope creep.
• Drive the financial success of products by managing P&L, pricing, profitability, and portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure product readiness, training, and market go-to-market plans.
• Partner with Technology and Vendors to define product requirements and support agile delivery.
• Champion customer insights to drive innovation and enhance product features.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to track product performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Work with Risk and Compliance to ensure regulatory standards and internal controls are met.

Qualifications:
Required:
• 8+ years of experience in banking product management or a related domain area.

• 5+ years of experience leading a team of Product Managers.
• Proven experience in banking or financial services product leadership.
• Strong understanding of banking products, market dynamics, and regulatory environments.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
• In-depth knowledge of the product development life cycle and data analytics.
• Prior experience in a complex, matrixed organization and collaborating with technology partners.
