Salary Grade:15Summary:

The Product Delivery Coordinator is responsible for coordinating product delivery initiatives, supporting product lifecycle management, and providing project governance and operational support for Banking Services. Working closely with the Director of Product Delivery, the incumbent coordinates implementation of banking products, enhancements, vendor initiatives, operational improvements, and strategic projects while supporting product lifecycle management. The position manages documentation, reporting, testing coordination, vendor communications, and project governance to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with the Bank's project and change management standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Coordinate assigned product and service implementations, enhancements, operational initiatives, and projects from planning through implementation.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, status reports, implementation checklists, and project documentation.
  3. Coordinate project meetings, agendas, meeting minutes, and action items.
  4. Monitor project progress and elevate risks, dependencies, and issues.
  5. Support product lifecycle activities including launches, enhancements, upgrades, and retirements.
  6. Coordinate vendor implementation activities, onboarding documentation, due diligence, recurring meetings, and performance tracking.
  7. Prepare and maintain executive presentations, committee materials, dashboards, and departmental reporting.
  8. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pilot activities, implementation readiness, training logistics, and post-production validation.
  9. Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements.
  10. Support change management and communication activities.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience
  • PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or similar certification preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Three to five years of banking, project coordination, product administration, business analysis, or operations experience
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience preparing executive presentations and reports
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Project management methodology experience preferred
  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external partners
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
