Who We Are: Founded in 1902, we have grown to meet the expanding financial needs of the communities we serve. Recognized both regionally and nationally for our exceptional client experience, we are an industry leader-embracing technology and continuously adding new products to best serve our clients.
Why Work at Fidelity? For over a decade, Fidelity Bank has been ranked among the area's top banks by local and national publications. We've also been recognized as one of the best places to work. A core part of our vision is to be the best bank for the community. The Security Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and vendors, delivering a warm, professional, and client-focused experience while supporting the safety and overall flow of the banking center. This role brings together a strong hospitality mindset-greeting guests, assessing needs, and directing them to the appropriate banker or service area-with an attentive presence that helps maintain a secure environment. In addition to creating a positive first impression, the position supports daily branch operations by answering inquiries, assisting with administrative tasks, and coordinating client flow, helping ensure a smooth, efficient, and well-managed experience for everyone who enters the bank.
