Are you a detail-oriented, relationship-focused, and experienced in commercial lines insurance administration? Starion Insurance is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager in Fargo, North Dakota to deliver high-quality service, coordination, and operational support to clients and internal partners.

Position: Commercial Lines Account Manager

Location: Fargo, North Dakota


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages Commercial accounts and provide exceptional service with accuracy in processing renewals, endorsements, policies, and audits by agency timelines; ensure timely processing of invoices and client requests.
  • Manage client/carrier correspondence and maintain updated client information in the agency management system.
  • Obtain quotes from carriers for new and existing business; review carrier proposals for accuracy and prepare client documents.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and carriers to resolve service issues; follow Starion standards, policies, and procedures.


Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in insurance servicing and ownership of a client book and retention outcomes, typically acquired through three to five years of similar or related experience.
  • A college degree or equivalent work experience
  • Active Property & Casualty license required.
  • Proven interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to juggle high-volume tasks
