Job description

Job Brief:
Live! Hospitality is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support operations at Ballpark Village in downtown St. Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and be fluent in English. Candidates must have relevant commercial maintenance or equivalent trade experience to be considered.ย 
The Maintenance Technicianโ€™s primary responsibility is to ensure all work orders within our commercial spaces are completed in a timely and accurate manner, while also assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with broader maintenance tasks and projects across Ballpark Village.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Electrical: Install, adjust, repair, and replace electrical conduit, wiring, switches, controls, outlets, fixtures, motors, and related systems.
  • Appliance & Equipment Repair: Handle repair, replacement & preventive maintenance hot water tanks, dishwashers, coolers, freezers, and some cooking equipment.
  • Plumbing: Perform repair, replacement, and installation of faucets, pipes, hot water tanks, toilets, garbage disposals, and other plumbing systems throughout commercial venues.
  • Complete work orders and repairs efficiently and accurately, based on priority level.
  • Perform light landscaping, power washing, and general upkeep of outdoor public areas as needed.
  • Train with the potential to step into a Maintenance Supervisor role in the future.

Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year of commercial maintenance experience, including work with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • HVAC Certification and hands-on experience highly preferred.
  • Hands on light construction experience including carpentry, drywall and painting with high level results.
  • Must provide own hand tools, some specialty tools may be provided.ย
