 Position overview

As a Back End Engineer, you will support manufacturing sites across EMEA and globally, driving process improvements, installations, and best practice implementation. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimising back-end production equipment while supporting innovation, cost reduction, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Provide engineering support for projects and process improvements
  • Support installations, audits, and efficiency initiatives
  • Drive maintenance standards and best practices
  • Deliver technical support and training to plant teams
  • Identify root causes and implement effective solutions
  • Manage small-scale plant projects
  • Collaborate with plants, suppliers, and engineering teams
  • Produce clear and timely site visit reports
What we are looking for:
  • Mechanical Engineering qualification (or equivalent)
  • knowledge of concorde machine
  • Strong knowledge of back-end manufacturing processes
  • Proven problem-solving and process improvement skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Self-motivated team player
