Familiarity with inventory management software, CRM systems, and occasionally a valid driver's license for deliveries are typically required. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills help distinguish top performers in this role. These competencies are vital for effectively managing client accounts, growing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a competitive market.

Tool Distributors often face the challenge of balancing multiple client accounts, each with unique needs and purchasing cycles. Maintaining product knowledge and keeping up with new inventory is essential to provide accurate recommendations and build trust.
